Big Sky Owners Association (BSOA)

The Big Sky Owners Association is Big Sky’s largest and oldest homeowners association with over 2,300 properties encompassing over 8,000 acres and located in both Gallatin and Madison Counties. We are governed by an elected board of nine volunteers who are supported by staff. Annual assessments are used to provide winter road maintenance on over 23 miles of local roads and to oversee the management of the association in compliance with our governing documents.
