2010 Choices Benefit Options

Welcome! We are pleased to share the 2010 Choices Benefit Options for the Montana Chamber Choices Health Program. The year 2010 marks our entrance into the 6th year of the Choices plan.
Stable & Affordable Rates

Over the past 5 years, Chamber Choices maintained an average single-digit renewal rate increase. We are committed to providing stable and affordable rates to the small employers of Montana.
Choices

As of January 1, 2009 we have 11 different plan options to choose from, including two options with health savings accounts.
Wellness and Prevention

Encouraging our members to seek appropriate preventive care and to take advantage of the $300 wellness benefit available in each health plan is a cornerstone of how we do business. Furthermore, as of January 1, 2009 we added employee assistance program, maternity support, life insurance, preventive dental and a colonoscopy screening.
